^^ do this bud but you wont need to weld a nut on the stud,
just use a pair of pliers or mole grips and just wind it out the block it will come out easy as it wont be under pressure or load
importing glanza's isn't really worth doing anymore as you'll pay twice what its worth, but keep your eyes peeled theres plenty of unabused ones for sale in the uk
My hang up with oe bolts is torque differences oe bolts are torqued to 44nm and arp are torqued to 60lbs ft such a huge difference between setting's how can oe bolts be as effective as arp ?

Cant see it fitting bud but a tmic would need a constant air flow thats why glanza bonnet has a vent. you could easily relocate the stock tmic to have it front facing in the engine bay maybe just an idea
