    Surely it would need a flexi or a sprung joint at the 45 point, but other that any good welder could recycle the flanges weld in a flexi and just have a straight pipe no resonator

    Fuel pump, blocked fuel filter, flat battery, ignition lead come off, water got on plugs leads dizzy loom plug come off just have a good scout round engine bay

    You'll need oil and water lines to suit as well depending on whether u go td04 or td05 but tuning developments do both types

    A ct9 is out of its range just past 1 bar so I wouldn't recommend going much higher than that, maybe you should consider a bigger turbo as you have the capabilities to run much higher boost now ? Obviously it's your choice bud but its a lot of money to spend on a near stock setup

    Essex is in a bad way atm anywhere else around the country flooding ? This was taken today at the southend sea front after a few hours of rain today its still meant to be summertime ??? this is the hockley underpass in essex in a bad way as well taken this afternoon

    ill have a check for blockages again mate but this is the 2nd rad and yeah im running the EMU but im running stock temp gauge and a depo water temp gauge but they both saying same thing
