Cracking work, have always wanted to see a N/a in this colour Glanza kitted. Think its a colour that came on the Sol models.

No pics but its fairly straight forward. You got a EBC plumbed in ? If youre just running EWG spring pressure and have no nipple on the turbo then run a vac line from the lower EWG nipple to the inlet and leave the top one venting to atmosphere. When you put your DV on the vac just runs to the inlet aswell.

Are 96 and 98 spec housings different ? I know the looms are.

Was it a GT engine in the Glanza ? I know there are a few different housings used on starlets. I had this when putting a 98 spec engine in a GT. Just swap the full thermostat housing over.

Try leaving it overnight with the cap off and see if its easier tomorrow, some air might find its way out as the system settles. In work if they wont bleed i always take them a quick run and 9/10 times it works.

Can also hold the revs at about 2.5k or there abouts using the throttle cable, and squeeze hoses at the same time.

I have the gen3 FEcoilpacks and ECU i'd sell. Youd need a crank sensor though.

The seal on the Mines is broken, have you opened up the ECU ? I had one of these and its a beast of an ECU, i really hope you can get it working.

Did you take a shit before you went out ? Always helps. I only did my GT like that because i had another car and GT was gonna be tracked. Stripping to that extent in a daily would be mental haha.

I do gearboxs occasionally and they can be a bit of a cunt. If you provide all the parts youre looking about 300 max id say on labour for somewhere decent to do it.

I had fucking everything out in the GT, heaters, stereo, carpet, sound proofing, the lot, i fuckin loved it, then the engine died. I dont have many pics at all really. And the ones i do have are shit, really wouldnt advise for a daily though unless you are clinically insane Next up would have been to gut the doors right out and put in cross bars, not really advised for road cars though. There is some weight in the doors by the way !! Heavy as fuck !!

Glad a couple of GTs are being saved here that tropicana blue one was on gumtree for ages, had a TOMs front bumper and spoiler. Good luck with the projects
