The problem I don't think lies with people in the scene, its the people who don't have an ep and breakers on eBay ect. Who have probably never even driven one that are pushing the prices up, Facebook for example there are so many people on their breaking glanzas and half of them have never even been on the forums and Dont care much for the scene because they drive something elseelse, breakers on eBay also pm them for some prices and you will laugh, I'm trying to get together little bits and pieces things that people would normally just throw away and part from some local lads who have given me bits for free others want £10-£20 for a few bolts or standard vacuum hoses

As above local lads help each other out where as a lot of people me are just breaking too make money and that's how the prices go up, in england anyway. You can buy a decent starlet for say £4000 and break it for nearly 6-7 and it not because they are rare as mk1 escort/ fiesta parts are peanuts in comparison. Prices need to realisticly need to come down

He was travelling at 146.66ft per second, if the driver had glanced a few seconds to check that nothing was coming an object the size of a bike dodging in and out of traffic would of been near impossible to spot at 586ft and behind a car , also what was he thinking overtaking a car at 100mph approaching a junction !!

The reason the prices are higher is because they are sought after and to get some in from Japan the price is similar, free bump

Thanks guys, been busy lately so haven't had much time to work on the car but got the last bits of the engine plumbed in, also got heatwrap and new gaskets for the kakimoto exhaust, and all the bits to fit my driveshafts, hopefully she will be fired up for the first time next month, also picked up a few bargains from japan both for less than £60 delivered anyway heres how the engine bay looks atm, needs rocker cover sending off for an10 fittings to be fitted and sprayed !! Brand new in box

Glanza front and rear bumpers, whole bootlid (or spoiler and number plate recess), sideskirts, bonnet, headlights, door mirrors(if wanted) spray the b pillars black and thats it pretty much bodywork wise, if you want to go further then, rear axle with disc brakes, front brakes, engine with all auxillaries, wiring looms engine and interior with stalks, full interior including a,b +c pillar plastics, cup holders, boot plastics and bottom panels of the dash board as they are different colours. Then obviously mods if you want, wheels, suspension, exhaust ect. ect.

Yeah will get some carpet adhesive on it bud, it just makes it look so much cleaner
