  1. All connections are tight, just blown my alternator fuse fucking about so i cant do anything now until monday, hopefully i will find out then with a diagnostic test
  2. Yeah timings correct then, no battery is showing 12v and everything else powers on ect. and yeah turns over by hand, have checked all earths aswell, confused now to what it could be
  3. Right my engine wont start its cranking too slow, now i was told too check the timing. Looked at the timing and top 4e mark on camshaft pulley is lined up with hole on the head and crank pulley is lined up with 0, looking at diagrams this is correct but im being told by other people that it should be on the 10 mark, which is correct and which isnt???!!!
  4. Glanza-ben done it on his old V, not sure who brought them though. Does look good but better if you have the seats to match
  5. you got a part number if not here http://www.jp-carparts.com/toyota/partlist.php?maker=toyota&type=153140&cartype=9&fig=4705
  6. all plugged in going to check timing tomorrow as its cranking slow
  7. Yes bud that is on the inlet, also cleaned both the earths behind headlights, have earth from battery to gearbox and slam panel and other side engine mount to chassis. I was guessing it might be an earth but i dont know of any others in the bay
  8. any idea where the earths go too, are they on the main loom?
  9. as above car wont start but does turn over, have a spark and fuel and battery is reading 12v so thats fine, anything that i might of overlooked?? im guessing ignition timing could be one thing but is there anything else it could be.
  10. Yeah all the sense is reading is the boost level, you just need the right connection to fit the module but finding just the connector would be tricky, I've seen defined gauges go for around £70-£100 but complete so I would say its fair as the connector will make up the other £20-£25
  11. Problem is you need the connector bud as you won't be able to wire that into the box
  12. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/181513964411?limghlpsr=true&hlpv=2&ops=true&viphx=1&hlpht=true&lpid=108&device=m&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0-L&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=108&ff19=0 Same as that bud
  13. similar to this, the gauges plug into that control box in your pictures, then your sensors go from that box to engine bay http://i1221.photobucket.com/albums/dd464/fortneja/defi_zps42ba1c33.jpg
  14. Not a boost controller its a controller for the defi gauges

  19. Not updated in a while been collecting bits and pieces but not fired her up yet and missing a few earth wires from the engine bay which should be here this week, have my exhaust heatwrapped ready to fit and a few optionals i picked up including multibox £12.50, trd gearknob £5, key barrel and footwell lights £35 and armrest for £15 but missing the brackets. Few of the bits are still in japan but multibox and gearknob have arrived =], all that's left to do know is brakes, boost controller and underseal and she is ready for mot
  20. Loctite work then lol as my banjo bolt keeps leaking and wont seal??!!
  21. Kick up with ebay as much as you can, they sometimes write it off and pay themselves, not saying its the right way but its better than you being out of pocket, i post alot abroad and once got stung £200 because apparently the phone i sent was wrong and never received it back even though they gave a tracking number. Just keep pointing out what he has said as ebay will review all of this
