Its tight though i must say not much space for the hoses , its not to bad when rolling without but mine seems notchy but i didnt loop it i just left the fittings off so it lost all the fluid in the rack. Which seems to cushion the rack a little -

Done a fair bit over the last 4 days swapped out my old head for a fresh new ported head I've made myself, at first i had a nightmare getting the tolerances within spec , but magically the old head had the right size shims in to pass me through. Epic! Spec of the head is Toyota valve stem seals Toyota valve springs Polished combustion chambers Ported and polished exhaust runners Also took some material from round the valve walls in the chamber to help gases transition faster. One thing i noticed from the old worm our head that the cams were terribly worn , upto 1.14mm short lobe -
Running over the engine with the bubble spray and seem to be losing all pressure on the throttle body area all I'm getting is hissing from there, where's the common spots you guys got leaks from (for those who test there's)

Why not x2 3sgte
-
Mine did melt the wiring a little too, didn't really like the looks either tbh
-
All is good now bar one, is only a slight bit tight Buzzin
-
Like some sort of divine intervention the shims out of the old head measure in bang on the make the new head work
-
They are the same I've checked, dunno what to do now I've got the old head of the car now, might have to just put new springs in ;(
-
Cheers for good feedback rob, I could only get .27 under the exhaust
-
wish it was that easy morgey, I live miles away from any machine shop. Plus it's all abit of a rush job atm arrgg,

What about Bridgestone adrenalin re002
-
Yeah because the new valves are all slightly longer than originals in just out of tolerance Think im going to have to scap the ported head
-
Its under and tight but not a fat lot
-
Put the head back together with new exhaust valves in and in really really tight on the tolerance, its booked in for remap again on the 2nd , i need to know if the exhaust will wear into spec or will be okay???

I can't get my hoses the reach the rack, so I think I'm going to have to go inside
-
I like mine without ps but hate it at the same time, great for feel on the move but if you hit lumps in the road it nearly pulls the steering wheel out my hands (brown trousers moment). But feels very rewarding on good roads stitching corners together at speed

I think I'm going to go for federal rsr to start on track not the best reviews but good for the price

Good to meet you on the day
