Thanks mate! Runs fine, except for the weird noise it runs like normal . Mine isn't mapped yet, will be going to have my ultimate fitted and mapped this month. But see'ing as it's not mapped I wanted to get the inlet on ready for the day. And also due to it not being mapped yet it makes no difference. Not sure if yours is mapped, but if it is it could alter the map if you put the inlet on so yeah Mike is probably right there.

Lol, I don't think a gt28 turbo is going to suck my hand into in on idle dude.. Anyway, I tried it and turbo is too big to cover my hand over it haha. Need to find something big enough to cover the turbo good. Hmmm!

Iddy sells them for £150, but painting is the bit that costs really. So annoying!

Yeah but 'one of those things' is no good when I'm just about to have it mapped and going for 300+ bhp haha I need it to be all perfect how it was!! Lol. The reason why I don't think it's a leak either is because as you said the idle is spot on, not too high and not hunting either. So I'm really not sure. As said, will change the gasket and see where that leaves me. Fucking annoying though especially as it's something since the new inlet has been put on!!!

Do I just put it on my finger and wipe it round the joints etc then?

Really! It's fucking annoying huh. Does it on idle and on boost for me. I ordered a new gasket today too so will fit it and see what happens, as the corner of my current one ripped off when I changed it the other day off the old manifold. Urm, boost is pretty sloppy tbh, comes in a lot later than it did when it was running good with the oem manifold. It does boost, just a bit later :s. Yeah good to mention I don't think it's to do with the manifold itself haha, just coincidence and due to moving stuff about I guess!

What the heck? £100 painted hah? Paint per panel is about £100 dude, the bumper costs around £150 even from ID-WORKZ. If you can get a painted one for £100 i'll give you that right now plus postage lol!

I couldn't agree more, I've seen better welding on the net but I bet it's hard as fuck haha. I don't really mind tbh, you can't see any of it when it's fitted, only the WEPR bit so it's cool. Only thing is now I have a weird boost leak or something, it's like air is escaping out of somewhere, it's whistles really bad like letting air out of a balloon lol. Just ordered a new TB gasket so will see what happens after I fit that! Bit shitty just before getting it mapped tho .
