I have the same problem, however I'm running an un sprung spec 6 clutch. It's rattley as fuck!! Even when im driving along sometimes it rattles soooo loud :S. I put a thread up but no one could really answer too well.

Nop, I just bent it out a bit. Couldn't be fucked to take it off and drill a new hole which Sacha did suggest. Just bent it out the way instead. Still works perfectly! .

Hello guys. Well, some of you might remember my zisco thread from before where I wrote a rather long review of one of their inlet plenums. To say I was disappointed throughout, with everything, would be an understatement. Anyway, the same night I put that thread up, Sacha contacted me pretty much as soon as he saw the thread I guess. And explained his new inlets to me. We went in to some detail and eventually came to an agreement and I sent payment. Within the week, the plenum had arrived and I unboxed it from what was an extremely well packaged box. So already a big thumbs up there!

Except for the fake wheels it's pretty cool man!

The IACV sensor do you mean mate? Yeah ok, that makes sense i guess.. The alternator is fine tbh, and can't put my finger on the noise because it is all in the same area so it's really hard to tell. I'll unplug the IACV though and see if it does away, right?

Just standard at the moment, got emu to get fitted and mapped but need to sort this problem out first. Urm, doesn't get faster as such, it gets louder at points when the car is on idle and sometimes does it when driving too. It gets really fucking loud though!!

That turbo housing needs to come round a bit don't it bert? Looking good otherwise.
