    I had a micra as a daily and that was nearly 20 year old and it was on 230k miles and that's the same sort of jap engine and I give it absolutely death on the limiter everywhere for nearly a year without servicing it or nout and it still ran as sweet as a nut

    I fit log burner fires and we use hi temp stove paint, good upto something like 600 degrees cheap aswell and stoves burn higher than bbqs and it's also easy to spray http://bit.ly/S3plTO

    Done that on my old red starlet when I put a rolla inlet on, had to change the oil and give it a good thrashing to clear the smoke, had me rubbing my head for a few hours wondering why it wouldn't start lol
