You got to double check lol. It was the first thing that came to mind for some reason. Cheers Tara. It's just we got ours to look fitted but on the first turn of the key the injectors just blew. Am I right in think CJ has all the correct liability insurances to? Just don't want to be seriously out of pocket if something major occurs. If any ones wondering yes I am being a jobs worth, after spending the last 2-3 nights after 13 hour shifts I think I'm a little entitled to a moan

That's fair play mate I'm only stating what other people plus me will be thinking. Would it be possible for a video to be uploaded with a rail fitted to a running engine? Would also like a can of green giants sweet corn on the scuttle panel just so there's no funny business. If its proved and possible I'll ask socks to remove this thread and no more will be said on the matter
-
Has he had the engine running with it in tho?
-
That's the end of that then, I won't bother trying it on the other 2 engines. Makes you wonder why they've shut down all of a sudden!
-
Yeah still here
-
It's blowing from the head side, we tried 3 different sets of rubber seals to and still the same. I can see what your saying tho, I have 2 spare engines here so I'll try it on them tomorrow evening and see how I get on, if not I'll drill it out more. Sorry about earlier posts, just a wee bit annoyed lol.

I didn't get round to measuring the spacers as it just got ripped out in a slight rage lol. I might try to elongate the holes a bit more but it will mean taking some of the rail away Edit: has any one else tried fitting there's yet?
-
We have tried every possible cut and shamfer on the spacers the actual problem is the holes on the rail there not elongated enough for the rail to sit forward in the right position. When cranking the car it just blows out the injectors where it's not sat right.
-
Right a little update on this, pure and simple it don't fit, it won't fit and we've now cut the original spacers to try and get it to fit so we can't put the stock rail back in! The holes are not big enough, the spacers are completely wrong and it's just one big pain in the arse and I've now got to drive half hour out my way to take my cousin home. Brilliant!

Hks actuator sold. Turbo still available.

I haven't had chance to yet I'll get the mesurements on monday as the workshops locked up now. He got this one off eBay tho so I don't know if it was a second batch or not. It was described as a cj performance fuel rail tho.
-
I've got one, unsure on the mileage tho.

Sr head light prov sold. Willing to sell the ct9 braced down pipe separately to.
-
We got one fitted but had to make up our own spacers with a chamfer on then elongate the holes on the rail to get it to sit at the right angle
-
Yeah that's fine. I'll pm you some measurements and maybe some pictures later today
-
Ok thank you. I'm sure we tried that but I'll give it another go later. If not I'll make some new ones up.

Ok cheers Tara, just a bit confused by it really. Thought it might be the injectors but there the same length
-
We tried that and it still doesn't fit lol
-
Yeah we're having the same problem. It's as tho you'd need 4 spacers but even then it would sit to high. Bit of a piss take really.
-
Is any one else having trouble fitting them or are we missing some bits? We've got 2 ally spacers the rail, and a few fittings/rubber gromits. It doesn't seem to sit low enough for the spacers provided. We are using denso 440cc injectors to. Any help is much appreciated.

I sold a fully smoothed one the other for £40 I think it was. Took me 2 hours to smooth the Basterd out. Had the an-8 fittings welded to it to.
