It's lowered on koni shocks and tien springs, has had rear disc conversion but I need to bolt the callipers and pipes on. Interior isn't amazing but it works and I do have the glanza skirts and boot lid.
It's for the front dude I'm not 100% on what length it adjusts to but I can find out tomorrow for you. In theory it's better then a fixed one as you adjust it to hold the struts tighter.
They say pinks better, it doesn't really matter IMO I've mixed them in the rover and its still alive. Will be using pink in the v tho. Edit: bear in mind the rover is an old dog tho lol.
I was under the impression it was weight and height, might be worth looking at a graco website or something, I'm sure the guide lines would be on there
