  1. I found creatine dehydrating, is have to drink atleast 10 pints of water a day to avoid a head ache lol. Every ones different tho. It's important to cycle it as well
  2. Your body can only process around 32g of protein in one sitting, it's best to get as much of that in within a 20 minute period after a workout. Sleep is also vital for muscle growth, basically eat loads of meat and complex carb foods during the day, DO NOT use the shake to replace a meal it won't do you any good and get a good sleep routine going. If your training every day don't, have at least one rest day and do legs at least once a week it will aid other muscle growths even if you havn't worked them that day.

  6. Ah didn't know Audi used them as well. I was on look out for a k24 but couldn't find a kit. It took me long enough to find this one.

  8. It's the k26 bud and in led to believe there originally off the Porsche's. Big bhp is what I want, would like to get 300bhp out of it on a good day

  18. The turbo kit arrived yesterday, over the moon with it except the dopey parcel force man broke it. Any way I took the heat wrap off to check it all over and all is good. Had the hole welded up ready for a new one to be drilled and re-tapped. Planning on mirror polishing the mani and turbo housing. I'll heat wrap the down pipe and exhaust to the back box for some pops and bangs to Oh and a big thanks to chrisstarletGT for holding on to it for a couple of weeks for. Top notch seller
