U need to add a fcd to ure list then u should be nearly on ure way to run more boost.has been covered a lot of times so if u need more help then do a search.

With supporting mods on ct9 ,no more than 14 psi otherwise efficiency range is pretty much gone.

If its melted plastic u need to pick it of with ure finger nails lol otherwise using any other implement may damage paint work.maybe try an old credit card or similar

Indeed thats exactly what i am getting at adam and in nearly every case i have experienced this has happened. I gave my experience and studoc has a problem with this apparently. That and i am a misinformer. This again is another silly comment from studoc.is there more i trust. All because i gave my opinion from my experience.hmmmm.

which bushes to get and handerling upgrades

Its prob best to do all bushes as these are quite old cars now.it would be of benifit definatley. As said above powerflex are very good.also u can do ure engine bushes as this is meant to help handling also. -

There around 25 quid a spring new by the way.whats the lbs rating on them or is it kgs rating ?

Of the top of my head the fronts are 2.75 inch and rears are 2.50 inch in diameter.the spring length for teins is usually 8 inch.

I think u would need a hybrid td04 or standard td05 for that power. A td04 on standard ecu @ 14 psi makes cira 225 bhp. I dont know what a normal td04 can boost to but i am not sure its alot more then it goes out of efficiency range.
