as above.masking of area is the obvious way to go.i would never take a head off for a petty job such as that makes me laugh as I didnt even take my head of for valve stem seals.lol. thats not an option.heads off are a no-no. haha
mate trust me when I say you dont need anymore than the what russ said 260mm discs. they are more than enough for those brakes, they have twin pistons and with good pads you will not get them to fade. at brands I braked silly late and hard/harshly and was on the track continously at one point for 25/30 mins and they just got better and better.
ouch.this dont look great. and as for the tracking number. its almost impossible to send stuff these days without a tracking number you ask anybody on here about dealing with me, I send a tracking number within minutes of posting and and update to say its sent WETHER THEY ASKED OR NOT. its common courtesy and common sense that makes you realise people are gonna want proof of when and were the item is when they have given moneys. bit of a lame excuse basically to not give a track number
has the map circuit had a fcd wired in at sumpoint ? have a check over the wiring near ecu. also I have had a shit missfire and not allowing to boost before and it was a fuse blow in fuse box.
