I had a miss fire once on me starlet. was a corroded and split coil pack. I would be going back and checking dizzy cap and rotor arm and plugs also.

Don't think thats a boost leak dude.sounds like fuel cut.what boost u getting to mate ? It should boost to 0.75 without issue. fuel cuts like "hitting a wall" Are you getting all 3 booat lights at all ?

Depends on the buyer and seller. Is the seller well known and established on here and do they have good feedback . does the buyer want to take a punt and trust you. I am not saying anything horrible or derogatory, just stating obvious questions is all. I would guess full price if the above criteria are filled.

Yes thats sounds like the knock sensor.thats a right pain to get right again if broken as its sheilded and earthed also. the whine I wud guess is a boost leak. dunno about the tick

If its valve stems it will be only when warm.not when cold. it will smoke at idle and also on over-run. as I say it will be clear if its that when the exhaust manis off.

Pcv valve wont cause the extra oil to be burnt at all. maybe in a turbo but wouldnt have thought an n/a. For the evidence of valve stem seals undo the exhaust manifold and look into and inspect the exhaust ports. the valve stem seals can be done witht the engine in situ and head doesnt have to come of. did mine a few months back and did the rope method and it was very successful.

Tdo4 I believe are 10mm Ct9 are 8mm I believe

Hybrid ct9 is a superb turbo and well worth doing. tiny lil bit more lag which isnt noticable and the trade off is u get the turbo boost staying all way to redline. theres a big difference between stock ct9 and hybrid ct9 and you will enjoy having a usable responsive turbo.

Not worried about the banjo bolt, just the banjo as I have bought a aftermarket one.
