Lol shaun 110psi isnt "fine" no matter how close they are balanced. The lowest it will be compression wise is maybe 145 psi.

Thats with a 5sec key burst and wide open throttle ?? If so your engines got an issue dude. as I said above shouldnt be any lower than 150 and plus the fact you said you have tried two different testers not good news :-(

Revving up and down may well mean u need to clean out ure icv.and immediately after remove the pcv also and put a straight through elbow there to stop the pvc chucking shit back into ure clean icv. :-D
