  1. No thats synchro issues buddy common problem on these. gearbox probably ndeds a rebuild. Check box oil level first though
  2. Near sure I've the retaining bolt ere mate if you want it
  3. Thanks Phil, few pms going on tggt then lol
  4. Im living in ballinderry but I go to ards college for the last yr of my course. Its full of glanzas but yet to see a single gt! Itll be worth it in the end Phil as well you know how come your rebuilding in the first place? Bit of bad luck? Lol Also was I speaking to you at Kirky a few months back? I was up racing in the mx5, I met a Phil with Chris Green and Jay that day?
  5. May be a stupid question but would fitting the lsd require lsd shafts?
  6. Anyone close to Lisburn Antrim or Belfast areas??? Im fitting one soon but havent been out in one yet and i would love to see what's ahead for Motivational purposes lol
  7. I look forward to seeing it Perhaps a passenger seat spin if your wouldnt mind. lol
  8. I pmd u twice buddy check messages. The pipes are for your stock boost solenoid, do u still use the hi lo boost button or do you want to bypass it and run hi boost constantly?
  9. ^^ fit lsd to the 6 speed I've got one just havent fitted it yet waiting til the td04 conversions done first!
  10. The one with the tee piece coming off the inlet pipr is for running a boost gauge or dumpvalve vac lines. What pipes arent you sure of on the cam cover mate? Sent you a pm there anyway
  11. Also mate you will push the ct9 and a hybrid to their absolute limits at 230hp, they'll be working very hard to make that power I.e 1.1bar plus boost. Whereas a td04 or even tf035 I think it is cpuld probably make that power at around .8 - 1bar, putting less stress on the engine internals as a result
  12. Theres a guy on facebook called scott whitehead selling a rebuilt blitz k1 (probably the best ct9 hybrid)
  13. I've seen very few gts out that direction Phil! Would nice to see an 82 break it up a bit.. Are you still rebuilding your engine at the minute?
  14. I've a black gt in Crumlin, but i think you mean wales and not Ireland lol
  15. Bent selector rod maybe? Shifter bushes? Glanza bushes Matthew if your using your existing cables
  16. Seen one a few times with hood status and a different black one on the carriageway when I was in the gt anyone on ere?
  17. Yeah never noticed that but same problem mate
  18. Oil seals mate common problem with the wee ct9s, as mikey said get Liam_D to rebuild it thats the best bet. Sayin that I ran my ct9 for about 2 months wit smoky seals just keep an eye on oil level
  19. Its probably the selector bushes where the cables mount onto gearbox. The rubber ones get cracked and hard to select, there's uprated bushings for like 15/20 quid on ebay will help.
  20. Good to know mate I only put an exedy organic in about 5k km ago so when my td04 kit goes on the clutch is staying put!
  21. Least you found out mate! Will the penny not close at all? With arm detached
