    Airlock in the coolant system? Have you bled it to see if that could be an issue? also try a low temp thernostat with your half rad for future

    Check all the wishbone rubbers for obvious tears or rips. Get a pry bar in there and make the wishbones work see if you can spot any play

    I would cut the short route pipe off at the bottome just before the 90 degree bend. Then fit a 90degree silicone joiner to link th two pipes, get one with plenty of length so you can trim it to suit. I've been looking into short route pipes like this too what one was this

    The nuts are hateful careful of them slipping. Also dog leg spanners help to get into the back turbo to mani nuts
