  2. I have a GFB Respons which sounds amazing if you ask me. it has the option to be either recirculating or vent to atmosphere http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/performance/dump-valves-accessories-universal/gfb-universal-respons-blow-off-valve-2 heres a video of how it sounds on my car http://youtu.be/hgZ3pVobyxc?t=1m24s
  3. jm imports seem like the people to get in touch with. From what i understand about importing, the best place to get cars is the japanese auctions. They have teams of inspectors who check every aspect of the car and write up full reports on any damage, rust etc... then rate the cars from 1-5 depending on the overall condition.
  4. I've used them a good few times and everything always arrived pretty quickly. Once i had to delay my exhaust getting posted as i was away for a week, i just phoned up and it was done with no issues. As someone else said... give them a ring. Im sure they will help resolve the issue
  5. Cheers guys! Ano man its a shame i'm ever going to fit it. Waited so long for it to arrive. Did your kit come?
  6. Bubble wrap the seats and use a company who transports them often like... http://www.paisleyfreight.com/car-parts-courier.php

(Cost new would be roughly £424 delivered) Pictures: Payme
  8. Fixed it! The wires on the connection going into the pump needed pushed down. That was it! Ha
  9. I'll give that a go as well. Im assuming its something im doing wrong, cant imagine it would just stop working. Im guessing this may be why the gt had a volt meter in it. I'll let u know how i get on
  10. Im getting 10.4v when im cranking it tho so its not been shorted. Im just going to try new crimping connections and see if it starts. If not im outta ideas
  11. I tried it both ways but was only using my multi tester cables so it probably wasnt the best connection's. Im gonna jump out and get crimping connectors and try fitting it again and try hooking it upto the battery with a better connection. If it doesnt work then im gonna just fit the stock one back in for the time being. Been reading quite a lot about walbros being sensitive to voltage. Kind of annoying if i end up having to run wires from the battery and a switch!
  12. I didnt have the battery disconnected, i was using the inside light to see what i was doing when removing it last night. Im getting 12.7v across the battery. Is that around where it should be? Tried connecting the battery to the pump but nothing happened. I could borrow my bros battery charger if its worth a shot.
  13. I'll give that a go, i think i read somewhere that i may need to run wires direct from the battery if thats the case :/ will need a kill switch as well i assume. Yeah im hoping its me doing something wrong jezza. Just my luck haha!
  14. Bought a second hand walbro fuel pump and followed the guide on tgtt to fit. Connected the black to black and blue to red. Popped in back in and car wouldnt start. Pulled it back out, checked my connections were all good. Checked what volts are going across the pump while trying to start and it was around 10.4v. Wasnt hearing any sound from the pump when trying to start either Any suggestions?
  15. I went to school with a few people who were in the 20 upwards attempts at the theory, safe to say they were shite drivers. Its just common sense if you ask me, if you have an interest in driving then you shouldnt even need to study for it
  16. Im pretty sure you lose torque with a lighter flywheel
  17. Ha i drove past this yesterday in the gorbals i think? looked nice
  18. As above really, its an extra £20 for the adjustable so im wondering if its worth it. Cheers
  19. im by no means an expert but i would get laser alignment done, not just tracking. That will be able to check your camber, caster, toe etc... My cars alignment was way out when i bought it and handled really badly, it didnt steer me round corners but i dont have an LSD
