Cheers guys i will get it sorted before i start her up! Engines back in and wired up! On the hunt for a 96-97 glanza fuel pump assembly because swapping fuel tanks is just gonna be too much hassle
-
Found this under the carpet in my glanza earlier today lol its like a purple colour, doesnt come up too well in the picture
-
Got one, you might as well have the indicators as well as i dont wanna break it separating them. Pm me dude
-
You can probably work out a ratio from that. Roughly 125:165 is evenly matched. All depends on the driver as well, how its mapped etc...

My bro has a civic coupe with a b16a2, Straight through exhaust, decat, tubular mani, spoon ecu and hks air filter. When i picked up my glanza we had a wee race and there was 1 mate with us and whatever car he was in would lose just slightly. He never had the thing dynoed but a standard b16 is 160bhp. My glanza was standard, only mod was boost restriction removed

Aw man this sounds good mate. I'll see if some of my mates are up for it -
Ahh sweet cheers! i'll do that before i get the engine in! I guess i could maybe loop a few of them back on themselves?
-
Yeah im not that sure what parts can be chucked so i've left it for now lol Forgot to say im also doing a DIY 3 gauge pillar pod, got a universal one and cut it and filed it to size. Super glue and body filler then paint and im redoing the sump gasket as it was weeping and the last person to do it absolutely caked the sump in it! Found bits of gasket all over the bottom of the sump next to the plug My crank and con rods, looks standard sadly was hoping for some forged goodies!

Nightmare mate! Did the car have an alarm system? At least you still have the engine, ecu and gearbox! Looking forward to seeing it back on the road in another shell! -
I have a clifford concept 650mkII that had turbo timer built in as standard. Remote start costs extra. Really good alarm, you set how long you want the turbo timer to run then when your about to take the keys out you hit g5 and unlock then take your keys out and it will run. It only works when you want it to which is good.

what he said about the rubber. The metal dowels could be for the cam cover maybe?? It has a gasket if im not mistaken -
This is just a stab in the dark but it might be worth your time to check your earths at the bottom right and left of the dash if you haven't already. Might as well check your ECU wires too. Hope u get it sorted dude

Hold on heres some better photos. This is where it connects to on the 98 spec brake master cylinder This is a better picture of the 98 spec bulkhead It seems to lead to just next to the steering rack column near the pedals but i have nothing attached to it as the 98 is fully stripped. Anyone know where this should be connected to?
-
Its probably not including postage. The car looks really nice mate! Toms front bumpers look really nice on ep82's. Although personally i'd get the TRD sunstrip off but thats just my opinion, never liked them
-
its connected to the bulk head just to the left of the clip at the bottom of it. (shite pic ano) the 96 doesnt have anything there which is confusing
-
Im reshelling a 96 spec with parts from my old 98 spec and this looks like it might have been attached below the brake master cylinder on the 98 spec. On the other side its just a pipe but i've removed my dash so it could have had something attached to it. Just need to know if its important or not? cheers!

I've recently bought this stuff called por-15. Its supposed to be the best stuff out, i think the yanks make it. Very expensive mind you but im going to use it to underseal my car

-
Haha aye mate very daunting! Surprised how much im getting done mind you, glad you told me to just do it myself. Went for the 98 loom. I have an alarm wired into it so its been a bit of a nightmare trying to work out whats going on with a lot of it but managed to get it out with only having to cut 3 wires which im gonna solder tomorrow. Engine bay wiring is in, 98 dash + wiring + heaters are in, steering racks in, 1 door swapped over. Still got all the suspension and hubs to do. Rear loom, fuel pump, tailgate, engine back in, gear stick in, head unit... the list goes on lol Hoping to get i

Aye its a total cunt to get to with the turbo still attached to the manifold, i took the turbo off the mani then breaker bar and it was easy.
