    thats right at the extreem end its a bit of a gamble if you can afford it then go whit what the boys say a metal gasket if not a oem 1 and limit how often you hit the 1.4 ha ha

    im never woried about any forged rod failing even the maxspeed rods are up for it im more woried about bearings failure :)

    most vibes comes out timiing belt side mount jayj so will lower vibes if stock mount is there i prefer them in a 50A TO lower vibes more

    flat head screwdriver and hammer is easier to tap them out its harder pressing them because u need a perfect size to press them out the wals are very very thin !!!!

    have you seen the pulley up close ??? there is also a damper ( rubber ) in the 4efe pulley you can clearly see it on the back of them pullys they damp to :)

    flaming sam isnt the output a 0 to 5 volts and our stock sensor is 0 to 1v if im not mistaken how did you wire it up blue or white wire ??
