ha ok wil rotate the pads in the morning and have another crack at it if i left the pin on it i could not get a close tight fit so i filed them down to get a snug tight fit

a weld on bung for o2 sensor ??? if so ryan on fire on ebay sels them for 3£

mhhh went for another spin now my handbrake is up higher again ?? is this because i filed off the nipple thats supposed to sit in the groove of the rear pistons ?????????

no ep80/82/91 are same fitment only front bush differs 34mm and 31mm but has no affect on alignment

bugger so i went to far back on the piston pfff rookie mistake ha ha will keep you informed how i get on later

hey lads i recently passed nct/mot al was fine i just did some maintenance on my car and fitted pads al round now on the rears i wounded back the pistons clockwise and loosened my cable al the way on my Hbrake lever in the gt fitted the pads pumped the brake pedal tightened the hbrake cable . its hard to pul up now and does not work attal i tested it while driving it does not slow down the car ??????????????????? before i fitted the pads i pulled back the leavers on the calipers whats wrong ere ??

if your wheel is forward then the i think your chassi leg is bent mate wishbones never bend forward the alk only moves your wheel a few mm so must be in pretty bad shape with your car

the dome is massive mate there like3 to 4 mm higher then 5efhe pistons

looks like big gap between piston and cylinder measure your bore if its not gone oval !! looks like its a piston to smal compared to the other 1 !!!

welcome mate dont run 250 bhp on a stock motor mate thats the extreme limit for now til you forge tdo4 at 1bar is safest to go 200/220bhp
