  1. sounds lovely "!!! use a long screw driver and fit down sparkplug hole keep your hand on screwdriver go to tdc on each cylinder and move back and forth you can feel play if there is bearing damage !!! just lets hope you fucked up on the auto clutch side of things but i doubt it didnt you have problems with this being to tight on the crank a while back ????? if it was for sure bearing is ground to bits by now
  2. if u where strait u would not of claimed back of paypall !!!! didnt he tell you there where plugs missing of the loom now your saying it was he who was at u nice turn around tik tak tik tak
  3. must be clocked ?? big habit ere in ireland ha ha
  4. whats the gearbox code of your cyno probly same as serra ?? ours was c152 lsd ( long shaft ) ( 6 bolt )
  5. yep valvestem seals that also means high milage so worn ish rings quick ring repacement and some guides and she is good for another few miles :)
  6. we used starlet na shafts in the gt but i think cynos is same ?? not 100% on that but the starlet shafts fit in the box anyways
  7. strait fit into starlet there the same fitment
  8. ya using a multimeter and check the ( oms ) ( homes ) however u spell it you can look online for plugleads readings
  9. ow fecker i misread that i thought on boost 12/12.5 !!!!! """"" but will climb to 11 or even 10.7-9 """"" thats ok it drops down to them readings i misread it the other way round
  10. i would invest my money in a rebuild kit of spurious parts rings bearings and stem seals at a minimum going to modify an old worn na engine will almost certain result in bearing failure if pushed to hard up top
  11. in a gtt that wil only be 7 psi max !!!!
  12. no external gate elimimate actuator ( penny in turbo gets welded shut )
  13. if you have it yes fit it keep the neo on 0 setting and raise feul pressure up to 3 barr first ( to be safe ) then raise your boost to 1 bar ?? or wich ever you want if its still rich lower feul pressure and if your almost happy ( on the rich side ) trim with the neo thats how i do it no bother thats what we are ere for ha ha
  14. did it take long to machine ??
  15. so it aint an adjustable 1 you can weld in an adjuster on the arm like an inch long nut ( m6 ) and an inch long threaded bar ( m6 )
  16. high compression 4efte nice 1 sorry mate dont know but could be custom jobby ( cp pistons ) ??
  17. 0.6bar is 9 psi so you only have 2 more psi to play with also being a hybrid your already max stock ecu feuling for sure ( i think ) now your going to have to tweak the neo to get more psi / feuling 12/13 on boost is already to lean be carefull !!!!
  18. then u wired it in wrong patman yes there be diferent reading a tat unles you have boost by gear function on ecu ( big money ha ha )
  19. if its 45efte then there is a return bung on the sump has your actuator a 10mm nut on the end of the arm ??
  20. you boostig a 4efe ??? if so a bung needs welding to the sump and oil feed will have to come from oil pressure sensor or fit 4efte oil filter relocator ( oil feed to turbo to ) the clip on the end of the actuator arm needs to come off so you can unclip the actu arm and rotate it outwards by loosening the 10mm nut on the arm
  21. local engineers that does hydrolic hose can make you a hose up they go cheap use a oil resistand hose for oil return you can run like 6to7 psi on stock feuling no bother the tdo4 should have an adjustable actuator on it just extend the rod a bit and take it for a 3rd ger pull to check boost level leave the clip of so you can do it multiple times
  22. yes they do safe tune on them from factory and still gets eco milage like no other 1.3 turbo ha ha
