so got another set seeing we still didnt come to a ( propper solution ) for the rear bushes wel i found the best solution ever im also only using a 3mm cut of washer on the shaft seeing on the pic below for extra lowes and get as much rod travel as possible -

yes water pump belt of and start same with power steering pump if its stil there it might be on gearbox side or so

has only little affect mate that mani ( on spool up ) big affect on performance tho probly leak somewhere that little tampon is almost instand spool you are in td04 territory for spool with this ct9 ha ha

amigo for your setup do use the bigger gasket makes life easier for our little black box :) better safe then sorry on a oem bottom end if u have to take out base timing your loosing bhp so whats the point thats just my 2c

7 psi personal experiance tdo4 was in my gtt more and it ran lean worked good

you just tap in the wire from ecu igf is the 1 you want for gauge shiftlight etc etc

are you fitting a gauge if so take your signal from the ecu pin if its a cluster you will have to do some wiring im not aware of this strait plug ?

manifold gasket leak will couse late boost big vacuum leak to but engine will run higher on tik over ct9 3000 full boost

you have a gauge on this air pump ??? what psi does it take

1.9/2mm gasket works fine on oem 5efhe bottom end

make sure to have good measuring tools ! i would go oem bearings there rock solid thats a very good turbo tfo35hm that wit a bigger comp wheel .housing will increase torque even more they spool pretty fast

sadly its the other way round kid gaine torque low down not top end
