    rwdrev its a lot easier to weld on the bush to the bottom bit thats for sure 1s its welded on u can re use them on other , chopping of the bracket on the axel of the car could fail mot /nct biggyep70 i used long bolt with washer and big socket i pressed out the bush with that setup those pics are upside down bottom 1 should be ontop going down

    ya 3mm thick that fits inside the cup mine arnt bottoming out attal i screwed the bottom bits al the way up to be as low as possible and used the springs to raise the car to ruff height and then used the bottom bits to level the last 5mm here and there

    bels cant be swapped there is no provision for the viscouse on the non lsd box but internal bits can ( most ) into the oem lsd

    if you plant over the cams and matching shims it will still need rechiming mate best to rechim current head because sizes will be diferent

    hand file mate get the elbow grease working its only 1.7mm use a round file so there wont be any play

    its like mine it takes time my car will get pretty when i do ha ha ha just take it nice and slow it reward you to do somthing every month or so if you do al at 1s it will be over and seeking new adventure

    im a tester of these mounts from jezza there very wel made and are less harsh then the yellow polys there a bargain to for a full set !!!

    injectors are a bit over kil if your running only a bar !! smaller injectors will give better idle controle in the mapping that might be your isseu ????
