i can only think of 2 things here now not tight enough and faulty gasket convert that block to studs richard i know its a bit of work but works out in the end as you would be able to clamp it down more also i ues grease on metal gaskets to make extra bond ( old school trik )

wel reading that just live with it if the afr is good on boost then so be it
if you want nice afr at cruise and on boost run 7 psi or so and get rid of the fpr and fcd its a fecking crude setup that only works in 1 area
should work but there is a BUT some are just noodel shit in them universal cats be wary with what you buy id be more inclined to use a stock inline from scrapyard as there always more efficient than afternmarket 1s
today my new toy landed external gated tmd kit finally a decant kit :) how do you measure the v bankd size lads as im not sure if its 38 or 44 mm vband
they where al very loose to my liking i opened them with my rached fairly easy 60km 45.000miles + - on gasket i know but then i need to get my block apart and get both faces skimmed also being in bits full rebuild then probly summer 2017 ha ha
