MR-2
Tested this universal Frozenboost 1x12x24" radiator, whic I bought to my SW20 MR2. Chargecooler system would be sleeper but maybe not enough efficient in front mounted engines when having room for air cooler. And it takes too much room from turbo setup, unless I go long exhaust manifold over tranny, that is one different way to go.
MR-2
Fits easily under hood support, that is not problem, because I'm gona cut it away anyway.
MR-2
I also have custom made engine water radiator, very massive thick one, it was on my EE80 5E-FTE Corolla. Never overheating problems, don't know how long oem one row Starlet small radiator will go, maybe two or three row would be ideal with oem size. My friend can do custom radiator for me if not going to Honda Civic radiator. How much heating problems You boys and girls have and what kind radiator is used?
MR-2
This cooler was also in my Corolla with radiator, so small but worked, don't remember anymore where this came, maybe TD MB or BMW. Ideal for small bumber Starlet with sleeper look.
MR-2
Maybe I cut registerplate surround area away, so can get more air for cooler and radiator, but then have to relocate plate or do some custom turning bracket. Don't wanna any EVO or Alfa Romeo styling plate, hate those and granny look is away then :/ Front valance is one possibility, but maybe gona lower it also with cutted fender corners, so time shows... morgey
Most people run triple core civic rads on there builds without a problem cooling wise
MR-2
Civic rad would be enough, but needs maybe welding for the lower waterpipe or how it was? Haven't cheked what those cost, have to compare price to custom made Setrab three core rad.
MR-2
http://www.mwsteel.eu/en/galleria.phpHere is few pictures what he done, so sad that gallery is not updated reasently, so skilled guy Yesterday were on his garage, tested few radiator bits to Starlet, lefted from bigger parts. He's making rads for even WRC cars outboard.Suggested him that if I do frontcut from my blue Starlet and install 5E engine with tranny, so he can do manifolds and turbo setup next winter, easier to do it Sounded good idea for him, then I have time to do gray Starlet body at same time... MR-2
Added cutted normal EP70 mask and didn't put hoodlock support brace, seems to keep close even 140km/h without shaking. Looks very race right away, have to install some plastic grill and do glassfiber job before painting.
MR-2
Few last summer pictures, not gona take MR2 to drive, gona pass this season because too hurry to build all shit same time. Also renovating my small apartment and sometimes my caravan.
MR-2
This is one reason to add towing hitch, my sons -81 Honda Monkey "Dax". Made this for him when he has nine years birthday and now he is twelve. Dax engine and bigger intake and carburator, three gear semi automatic. Wanna carry this behind Starlet and MR2 on hitch And I have this Sprite Cadet caravan, making it behind MR2 and some day maybe Starlet. Already got permission to tow it with MR2, but don't have hitch yet. Have to make hitches myself for both cars, can"t find good ones from anywhere, only just bike racks weak ones. MR-2
Some funny pictures from last winter, went to airport to see my friends coming Canarian islands and they have six hours before next flight. Hey, lets test if Starlet can take three adults and two kids, also luggages, YES. Only right wheel rubbed to oem mudflap sometimes
MR-2
Over year ago found German modell interior, car was destroyed but some parts lefted to my friend. Earlier have put MR2 front seats and these were stupid color, but don't care because later new interior coming. Wanted two part rear seat, don't know why, looks little bit lighter. Also panels have pockets, very welcome to daily driver. My old oem interior is in very good condition, saving those for future, for another projects maybe.

MR-2
Here those are bolted to basic model body, straight fit almost.Had to made three holes to floor, earlier in my project were some welding pictures under fueltank, this was reason. Now can use both rear seats if wanted.
MR-2
Previous pictures were also metall parts "painting" with rust converter.Covers washed first with pressure washer, then in washing machine and again with pressure washer. Very clean but very light colour. Later new custom made covers, maybe gray leather or velour.Seats on its place Rear boot floor mat installed, helps noice also. MR-2
90's style, I build this mid 90's with 5E-FTE, this cars engine block is coming to my Starlet. Don't know do I build this anymore, so rusted now after 12 years standing out. Have saved this car because turbo papers and legally tinted Special-T glasses...
