Quote
richardc9052 Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 Yeah they bolt straight on and are very good. One of the lads has one on his 4e with wepr ext ct9 kit, speedvision latest hybrid at 1.2 bar for the last 5/6k miles and its sweet. The pressure plate is standard but painted. Still a nice bite from the clutch without the leg work, however if you can get a stronger pressure plate even second hand I would recommend it. Quote
5e colin Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 fuck me is my pressure plate just painted ?? i never spotted that when fitting still holds up wel tho Quote
richardc9052 Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 Yeah, we had this one tested in Murfits in dublin and it came back the exact same as the standard one. Still holds well. Quote
dan106 Posted August 15, 2016 Author Posted August 15, 2016 Don't you get stung with a big import tax on that? Looks good for the money though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

FMuscle Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I also have XTD in mine, but stage 2, listed for Paseo (5E). I read bad comments, mostly in Nissan forums, but it hasn't failed me in almost two years now. Quote
gorganl2000 Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 for 200bhp...quality organic performance/sports clutch (cusco, trd, act, etc) AND uprated pressure plate (cusco, trd, act, etc)....this set up will take more than 200hp and similar torque...it feel like stock and works great --- anyone who doesn't go to the gym will still be able to drive your car Quote

dan106 Posted February 18, 2017 Author Posted February 18, 2017 You got an up to date link for the xtd Colin? And do you use a normal release bearing or one that comes with the kit? Quote
Arnold Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 I've had an Exedy organic on mine with 220hp for about 6 years now, no problems at all. Far more bearable to live with than a full on paddle clutch too. Quote
