siilversurfer
Hi guys im kinda new to the site been looking through here for ages just never signed up, so thought now i have i should get project NO.1 on display and this is what it looked like after i striped it outthe first rolling road figuresand the current power figures, should be a little more now as its running at 22.8psihere is the very dissapointing 1/4time with the syncros goneSPECEngine:TD04 KitPauter RodsRoss PistonsGreddy Emanage BlueProfecB spec 2 ebcLightened Crank Pulley1.45mm Metal Head Gasket2.5" Full Custom ExhaustInduction Kit on turboturbosmart dumpvalveexedy paddle clutchHKS ActuatorFSE Fuel RegulatorWalbro Uprated Fuel PumpMazda 330cc InjectorsUniversal FMIC Intercooler Smaller Civic RadiatorToyota LSD8.5mm Spark Leads NGK Iridium Range 9Chassis:Whiteline 24mm front ARBWhiteline Adjustable Rear ARBWhiteline panhard rodWhiteline AntiiftCusco lower arm barToyota rear Strut braceThink thats about it,i started striping out the front and getting rid of all the un-needed wires as it pretty crazy under ther but it should make it easier in the long run and save a bit of weight about 1/2 of the wires the rest are stil on thereI've probally managed to loose about 20kg which is pretty good way of gaining power without spending money Managed to get my front ARB fitted made a big diffrence, takes corners so much better now, would recomend this to all starlet owners and it only took 15mins to fit unlike the antilift managed to get the anti-lift kit sorted Then i got the panhard rod on and adjustedI then got an FC, Zep kit and Quaiffe Diff but unfortunatly had to sell them wish i still had the FC as i need a commander now Few more picsThen i decided to change the setupswapped my TD04L kit for a monster TD05HR which is the turbo used ont the evo7-8 FQ360 unfortunatly I've now decided that i preffer the TD04 route as i already have a TD05 starlet As you can see its not the smartest starlet in the world but its definatly a sleeper, any questions welcome. siilversurfer
Thanks Guys will be sad to see it go when i get it back together, Those pics were taken at the back of hurn airport in Bournemouth. Yeah that other turbo is big its only a TD05H 16g but because its a R version which is the other way round it looks so big its also twin scroll, would be a good turbo for someone after 300+ bhp
