carbon deposits on turbine shaft cleaning

hey lads how do i get the baked on oil and soot from the turbine shaft need it clean before the hybrid assembly

everything is clean up to where the fins are tight i dont want to damage the fins by manhandling stuff in there

i hope there's a product out there that just dissolves it and wash off
