Cheers guys for your help, would I also be better off doing the waterpump while i'm there too?

I brought the car which came with no history n apparently the engine was rebuilt 300 miles ago, not sure what sort of job they done if its leaking already so I'm thinking i'll be better off doing all of the above while i'm there.

if you are unsure, may be better to change the 2 seals and oil pump.....while you are there, you can inspect/change the water pump, timing belt and 2 tensioners

Does anyone know how much roughly this job would cost for a garage? I spoke to one garsge snd he said engine might need to come out if its the oil pump?
