Brad93
Haha I will give the car a detail once she’s mapped up, not sure what’s next on the list I just need to attack her and fit the lot, huge parts list to go on sitting waiting just need the time.

Brad93
Started to strip back all the old unneeded wiring from the from loom, removing engine loom, emb, stock ecu ect all half out. Replaced the well known rocker cover for a polished one which has had the baffle partially cut for better breathing, AN fittings and coil pack mounts. Inlets off for something special to replace it. will try to keep some order of what I’m doing as I go but just attacking everything now.

Brad93
So happy with the outcome of my new ACIS inlet manifold ! Decided this was the way to go, many changes along the way. HDF worked there magic and made my Audi DBW TB fit, faces machined flat and inlet temp sensor Thread tapped. Can’t wait to get it back and fitted.

Sam44
Great work, very rare manifold. are you selling your corrola inlet? I'll give you £100 for it.
Brad93
Thanks people 👌 Sam I may have a spare corolla inlet that I would sell but I’ll have to dig it out. some more progress and offered up the inlet, so happy with the outcome.
Sam44
Thank you. if possible, what rpm will you be opening the big runners or does it open up both sets?. Was it the 5ehfe cams you had installed.
Brad93
That would have to be set up on the dyno mate, pretty sure there’s only 1 line of butterfly valves on the inlet I can’t even remember what side but pretty sure the short runners are closed until you switch over which would open the lot. I’ll have to confirm had a lot going on atm brains all over the place. believe they are 5e cams I’m trying to identify them visually but no info online.
Brad93
More progress tonight, found out the engine spec was different to what was originally sold to me as... not bad news though, eagle rods and Ross pistons, very happy with this ! Anyone else ever seen eagle rods for the 4e before ? I purchased a RW baffled sump, stripped and cleaned, sprayed and fitted this evening with some Honda bond.
