I haven't posted this in the technical section as I don't think it deserves to go in there. :)

As some of you know I bought a new Starlet a couple of weeks ago, and one of the idiot previous owners has fitted a stupid turbo whistler thing to it, I'm told these usually go in the exhaust but there's nothing there.

However the cigarette lighter has been taken out so I'm sort of guessing they have used that as a power source for some stupid electric thing that makes the noise.

Anyone got any ideas as I'm hoping to get insured and start driving again some time this week but there's fucking no way on earth I'm driving a car with a fake turbo sound.

there ment to clip on to exhaust as am aware
