james@cjperformance Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 right s i thought it was about time i got myself a project to work on, i picked a shell up from turbodave on the weekend to use as a base.So plans for this are to make it a light as possible and use it as a track/weekend carIntended planscustom built roll cage using t45 45mm tubingforged engine(more on that later)perspex windows all roundfiberglass doors, boot, bonnet and wings(hoping to do the whole shell at some point)full respray unsure on colour (opinions???)titanuim exhaust from down pipe backcustom loom to get rid off all the crap i wont be needing4 pot brake kithaltech ecu2 x bride rep seatscharge coolerthats all i can think of for now apart from the obvious braces arb etcevery part will either be powder coated, polished,or painted and every nut and bolt will be replaced with high tensile stainlessstarted stripping all the crap out today dash heaters etc so the cutting can commencefew pics of how she standsmore up dates to come Quote

Just heated the tar like stuff and kept it hot and kept scraping. Takes a while and if it goes cold it goes hard againWeighs a hell of a lot thouGary Quote
