ollie ryan
the law is if your court doing 20% over the speed limit then its an instant ban but that doesnt always applyyour most likely looking at 6point and a few hundred pound fine

Shahzad
Got caught doing 99mph on the M6. I got a TT99 on my licence, 6 months ban and a £125 court fine. This was over 3 years ago. This was by a cop car.
ryan lang
if you didnt do it, then fair enough fight itif you did then you've got no chance of getting out of it, pay the fine and learn your lesson
shaneyb
Erm Ollie have you never tried to get your way out of things? Obviously your in the wrong but I would still try and do whatever you can to ease the load on points and fine you will recieve.
ollie ryan
i have been courting speeding and everyone told me to take it to court so i looked intoif you loose you also have to pay court fees which are about £500 is it worrth it when your in the wrong? in my opinion, no!
shaneyb
Im not saying its worth going to court but its worth fighting it some sort of way by something like asking for proof which easily gets lost with the police all the time which could let him off the hook completely...Even if the date was written down wrong could get him off the hook so IMO its always worth having a go unless you have money to throw away.
