mark1991
Hi guys, I have been far too busy and have put this off for far too long As you know i have down sized to a VF22 cermaic ball bearing turbo. Over the past few months i set about impoving breathing of the car. I ditched the nasty hot side intercooler pipe that kept blowing off, i made a "quick fix" for over a year ago it pulls much much better on full boost i also removed 2 silicone joiners from the cold side pipe. after the test drive the exhaust was sounding better, felt better to drive and did not hit the chassis at all I also got rid of the japspeed front pipe as its ONLY 2 3/8! so i set about making a 3" system and ended up using an evo rear box and a down turned "chode tip" hahaha the 2.5" flange has a homemade cone reducer to bring it up to 3" So i have a look around ad found a spare downpipe flange and bout more 3" pipe, stainless bar for hangers, 2x 3" 90 degree bends and a 3"X6" flexi I also got a new bucket seat and harness I wil show you guys later the harness bar set up. and i made the seat rail myself too The battery is also relocated to the boot, i made the battery tray out of 2mm stainless steel and it lined with single sided foam. After fitting an oil cooler and oil filter relocation kit i moved the window washer bottle to the boot and make a 6"x6"x6" 2mm alloy tank also. i ran the lines behind the roof lining and you cant see them at all (with a one way valve) Edited April 23, 2015 by mark1991

mark1991
here is my short shift i made due to me being fussy and none of the ones that are mass produced where what i was really after,I wanted the shift to sit higher up but still be a shorter throw, so extenting the stick was a no and i wanted less of a reach to the stickand i end up with this \/\/\/ a idea of how much i added into a standard shifter. I have it towards the drivers seat a fair amount and made spacers to clear the floor and also rasie the shifter up am extra 25mm, the body of the shift had to be cut and tweeked to let the cable sit so low but in the end it really was a great result over the TRD item
mark1991
I also made a few changes to the dash, I now have oil pres, oil temp, fuel pres and water temp I removed one of the air vents to put my horn button and windscreen washer button there (i dont have those switches any more, now just push buttons) so i could remove the horn stuff from the wheel and blank it with carbon As before i had the gizzmo in the hi/lo boost button slot, you will notice that i have moved the hazzard and rear window heater buttons around Edited April 23, 2015 by mark1991
