not that engine but hoping to buy a forged lump then build this engine back up as a little something on the side to do :), need sell the n/a first tho so i need to see what christmas will bring and see how much money i can rack up etc :)

Not much progress because of the weather and other issues ive had to deal with i.e my other car :)

first got the front bumper off to make more room to remove the engine underneath from the car instead of out the top

Next is to buy a forged lump and to clean the engine bay plus possibly spray the gearbox up etc to make it look nice.

Cruise Uprated Valve Springs

Genuine Toyota Oil Pump Kit

OEM Water Pump Kit

OEM Cambelt Kit inc Idler & Tensioner

ACL Main Bearing Kit

ACL Big End Bearing Kit

ACL Thrust Washer Kit

Fully Machined and Polished Bottom End

Fully Stripped, Cleaned and Rebuilt Cylinder Head

Turbo kit is a Td04 Turbo, Wepr Manifold running external wastegate (Tial), Downpipe + Screamer.

Also while i was buying those i bought some D2 coilovers and Walbro 255 Fuel Pump :D

Management is next before i run the engine on anything more than 0.6 psi boost as i also need bigger injectors also.

Very happy, just need to get it all fitted :)

To Do List:

  • Grease+Fit D2's
  • Buy TD04 intercooler pipes
  • Buy engine oil
  • Swap a few things over from old engine to new (mounts, alternator, pas pump etc)
  • Spray Manifold Black
  • Powdercoat rocker cover
  • Strip brakes down to clean them up
  • Remove bucket seats to fit harness's
  • Rent engine crane + fit engine

Should keep me busy.

Oil has arrived :)

Millers 5w50 Full Synthetic, not everyones choice im sure but has been ran since the engine has been built.

Sard FPR ordered and should be with me shortly plus i got my engine crane today from a friend so this week i shall be placing the engine in the bay, Fingers Crossed :D
