I've used creatine in the past and won't be using it again. It does help you lift for longer and harder, but it packs water into your muscles giving you a puffy look. Also when you cycle off you lose a fair bit of the gains you make while on it, can be pretty frustrating! So yeah I won't be using it again. I've found that training without it, you retain the strength for much longer even if you stop training for a while!

If you do end up taking it, DO NOT LOAD. Your body can only take up a maximum amount of 5g a day anyway, so its just putting unnecessary load on your liver!

I agree with Asad on the test boaters, not really any need for us. But I'm not keen on the idea of hormone imbalance in the body, not taking it will at least guarantee there is no risk of harm!
