going to be fitting a tdo4 kit soon, running 1 bar ct9 on my jam ecu with nothing else at the moment, read that the standerd fuel pump and injectors can handle a bar on tdo4, anyone have any experience with this wonderd if my jam can handle it, had on the rollers seems to be plenty more there to feed the bigger turbo, anyone know the limits? any help much appriciated cheers dave.

Best to get bigger injectors, walbro 255lph fuel pump, fpr, piggyback ecu like a greddy emb or so and get it mapped, that would be the best way.

Some folk have run td04 on jam ecus, but they were designed for ct9 setups. If you sell the jam ecu you could buy an emb for the same cash.

Emb is a good set up. Just don't get too big injectors because some ecu's can't retard the fuelling that much. You run the risk of bore wash if injectors are too big.

As with John most cases dont need uprated pump and injectors but people add them just in case. I did as john and ran on stock injectors and pump but ran 1.4/5 bar. It went like this for about 18 month too.

Sell the Jam though and get an EMB/EMU, i wouldnt trust a Jam to take me as far as i could throw it.
