I'm thinking about attacking the front bumper at some point, getting rid of some of the 'grille'. Anyone got any pics as to what's involved?

sorry joz only half a man hug for you im afraid...it shows how to mesh BUT! i think we just literally cut them off by the looks of the pics in the tutorial.....oli`s? look untidy tho so i guess the bumper need to come off and sanded where the fins used to be.

Yep, some 40mm drops. Might look into getting some shocks later, heard KYB's are a good shock.

Altogether, it should be cheaper than a set of D2's, right?

not sure tbh...the question you should really ask yourself is, can you live with coilovers? what are the roads like your end? etc then go from there.

TTE spoiler is now sprayed and on the car, as the Manchester lads know. Also fitted is a rear Glanza bumper off Sparky. Looking at it now, it almost seems a lighter shade than the paint on the car. Whether it's faded a little bit or something, I don't know. There's a foglight in the bumper, which is bigger than I thought it was gonna be. Just ruins it a little bit. Overall though, I'm well chuffed, finishes off the back end really nicely

Pics will be coming tomorrow. Wait, I mean today. Whenever I wake up anyway.

Just a few requests. Does anyone know the colour code for the 'Cusco' blue that you normally see on their strutbraces? The one I got off Sparky is a little rusty in places. Actually, thinking about it, I might as well plonk it into my engine bay anyway, it'd look at home. Getting naffed off with the engine bay now, rusty bastard. Brackets and stuff are really badly corroded, Dad reckons the car must have lived by the sea at some point in it's life.

Also, if anyone has a spare Glanza rear bumper passengerside arch liner lying about, let me know.

Forgot to say, as soon as me and dad fitted the bumper, we both just looked at the tiny exhaust, and then each other. We both knew what the other was thinking But by christ, that standard exhaust looks swallowed up now, every time I see it I'm just like .__.

When I bought mine it has just had its rear fog smoothed

Yeah, I'm thinking about doingn something with the rear fog, its just whenever I'll have the time. What would be involved in doing it? fibreglassing over the hole?

I like the look of the rear fog makes it that little bit more JDM ;)

Also handy if you want Glanza rear lights and need an external fog

They may well be. Dad was naffed off at the fact the T-Sport never got a lip kit, so he just got hold of the facelifted T-Sport's lips

And yes Sparky, the fog may well be useful if I decide to get JDM rear light units. I've always liked the look of the '98 black cluster Reflets (is my knowledge right there?)
