Exhaust Noise factor thread

Thought starting this might be handy for new comers and people looking to buy a different exhaust for their car, also im bored at work and wanted somthing to do.

So the idea is to have a list with the different main exhaust options for both the EP82 and 91, how loud they are and what they should look like too would be handy to help people know if they are getting a complete genuine article or if it is a 'cut and shut' effort.

Input by every one would be helpful if it is sucessful could maybe set up a rating vote system for each exhaust. So fire away guys.

this ^ as different people would take a 8/10 differently to other people,

anyone near derby area or.going.japshow i can decibel there car

loudest so far was my old exhaust 130db then.2.mx5s at 125 127

I see your point but at the same time most folk wont be able to DB theirs and I was basing this on peoples opinions on the exhausts so expected people to give them different ratings that way someone new can read over it and decide for themselves.

Like i mentioned though everyones input is welcome and if you can get your DB level by all means put it down as every bit of info helps.

Theres plenty of systems out there so get adding yours and your opinion of it.

Could also have price new and 2nd hand what you should expect to pay.

ive heard a lot of starlets, and the local lads say that mine has a unique sound because of the Zisco system..

it quiet at 2kk revs poodling, but give if some welly and its loud, and has such a deep bass sort of tone..

it also sits at a bloody nice angle too..

now it doesnt rattle or anything and ive got rock suspension and handling mods...

Noise : I believe it's <90ish dB off boost, pretty quite but a nice burble

<98dB on boost but it sounds quite hefty (with a 2.25" decat)
