Splitting feet from rails.

Has anyone ever manage to split the feet from the rails, and if so, how the hell do you do it lol

Drill off the spot welds first, then i duno what next i think they can rotate after that not much help sorry

Drill welds out and gentle persuasion.

Stupid question with spots welds, I assume you mean the wee dimple and not the pin type thing???

Or you can still the pin out. Then use a bolt instead

Best way i found when fitting my recaros was a hacksaw lol. Straight through the middle, then the pin pops out the feet leaving a nice bolt shaped hole. Bolt to new rails, Wallah.

Obviously not that easy on all seats lol
