depends on how healthy your engine mate

a generic rule of thumb tends to be 1 bar which should see you to 230ish but it needs to be set up properly

i ran mine on 1.3bar on a td04 mapped with a emu for over a year no issues a few people have ran upto 1.6bar and some people have blew the engines at 1.2bar so its a bit of a lottery above 1.1bar realy

The key factor is the tune. I've been involved with a number of high output stock internals that by all rights should have let go but havent. Don't rev them too hard and intelligent setup of the timing is criticle.

I'd stay stay away from fcd if your going td04 get it on a piggyback ecu mapped you won't regret it. I ran mine on fcd for a few months. Had it mapped and it was a compleatly different car more power torque better fuel and engine runs smoother. :)

All an fcd set up like this will probably get you is a poor fuel consumption and a blown engine at some point. if your lucky you may see 220ish hp due to poor fuel control and no ignition control. Realy not the best way to tune mate.

If you can't find a tuner to map an ecu for you. Go with a plug and play like blitz, jam etc.

Use a wideband gauge to check the AFR and also a set of det cans to check for knock.
