Foggy
I bought this just over a year ago. Always wanted a good clean one. This time a mint ep82 starlet gt turbo. It has one owner since imported 6 years ago. Geniune 140kms.It started life as a gt limited. The last owner respayed it fully in the orginal 205 black. Not even a stone chip on it.It needs a few very small jobs done to it. There is a lot of new stuff already on the car.Car is fairly standard bar lowering springs autobahn fmic and a axle back exhaust.Plans are nice set of wheels and few mild engine mods.Few option extra one it and i have a few bits here to go on to it.Sorry for the poor pics.Got to work swoped over the toms steel braided hoses before my old gt when to a new home.Cailpers where in a state.Painted and hoses fitted and system bledAlso found a rare ignition barrel surroundRare factory option extra rear spats (plastic)Right did some undersealing i discovered tiny bit of surfact rust near the rear arch.Nothing to worrie about but prevention is better than cure!!Looks tidyRest of the underneat is tidy so im happy put now.Few pics of the inside in need of a good clean. Its all original and mint have a new gear knob on order.New radio is needed too and to setup the phone kit i got with the car.Engine needs a degrease. Need to repaint the rocker cover as its flaking.Should have it serviced at the weekend.I have ngk irredium heat range 7s , trd oil cap and new hks blowoff valve waiting to go in.Fitted a newly repainted cusco panhard rod.New V old.Im on the lookout for a tasty exhaust system and some jap 15" wheels if anyone has some pm me cheers.Picked up some enkei racing rp01I decided to go at the interior.Fixed the parcel shelf and replaced the bits.Old one was screwed down. It looks awful and was letting the car down.New v oldBoot was a right messSupport for the parcel self looked mank and got the road.End resultCarpet needs a wet vac but its a hell of a lot better.Changed this too again mank and letting the car downI collected these rare babys in waterford last night!!Factory option extra door pod speakers.Since the car flew the nct i said i would treat it.First up a new gearbox to be fitted.Boxes diff bearing was noisy.According to the last owner i was because of the "lsd".I always knew it was shagged.Spot the "lsd" box.....New one is on the left.New clutch.I had a perfect one that came out of my glanza that had low milage. Its a exedy Organic and a new release bearing. Some new oil also.I removed the cat to discover it was gutted.I had a decat so it was fitted.Hks actuatorBrand spanking new japspeed system.Old system outFittedNew v maxx spings and kyb gas shocksGot this toms boost gauge during the week.Bracket was rusted so painted it and fitted.Light workingReading boost.Got this fitted and the foot well ones tooComments welcome
funny onion
Looks lush! Love it! Nice goodies too bit of shame it was sprayed all black though, the gt limited's are getting rare in the original colours. Sweet car though mate
Foggy
Id rather it all black. It has all the gt limited goodies so best of both worlds.Must get up proper pics as the car is all cleaned up.I think the two tone looks a lot better on the mk3 quad light model.
