and its a 96 turbo loom in an n/a.

and ifit was a flux capacitor i should be able to recycle allmy rubbish, dump it in there and it would fly! unfortunately it runs on petrol, electricity and wires (and just storesallmy rubbish) and thats why its still sitting in my bloody garage! lol

Yes it's for abs there is another large white plug in the centre that doesn't plug in one of the blue plugs is elecric mirrors. Ate you running a glanza rear loom. And roof loom? If not you will have several plugs that don't match.

Ok got another one guys and this is a little more confusing...

its the loom that comes along the drivers side floor from the rear lights i think.

i cant find the plug that it connects to anywhere!

this is the offender im talking about (grey plug)

im running a 96 engine and interior dash loom.

the rear loom is from a turbo converted n/a so it runs the rear light setup etc. but the issue i have is this rear loom fits my fuel pump connection and has a walbro wired in to fit. Its been removed of all the unneccesary wires etc but i just cant find where it connects to..

now i do have the standard 96 rear interior loom i could use, but again i have looked at the loom and the same wires that come through in the same place i cannot see where it connects to under the dash?! it is oddly a different connection to the plug i have in there now aswell.

also changing to the rear 96 glanza loom also poses the problem the fuel pump connection will not fit so this will require rewiring in and i wouldnt have clue where to start with that lol

anyone help lol

if anyone hasnt noticed.. i hate wiring.and this car tbh

I had this problem too mate, i had to swap the rear loom as that has the male plug.Theres an identical plug right in the middle of the dash loom that it should plug into, the turbo rear loom has a male plug instead of another female like the rear loom you have on ther now

i know... its such a pain.

the plug that meets in the middle though connects to the wiring from the fuel pump though right?

gonna have to swap looms over i can tell...

but with the glanza rear loom that has the male connector coming up the drivers side, i still cant see where that connects too either?? :s

so close to throwing in the towel with this thing. just did an oil change and the magnetic sump plug just sheared off in the sump. one thing after another

also, bucketep91.. could you get a pic oif how the glanza loom connects to your fuel pump? the rear glanza loom has a white male plug but my fuel pump plug is completely different and i think im gonna need to rewire this plug to fit if possible.

Yeah so your using the white plug on the rear loom in the grey fenale plug on the dash loom? I had mines like that too but swaping out for the turbo loom solved my issues and everything works. Mine was a 96 rear loom and it wired into my rear lights and fuel pump without modifying it, my cars a 99 so it might be a straight swap.

I would get you a pic mate but ive just refitted the interior and i dont think ill get time to pull it apart again. The turbo rear loom will get you running, i guarentee it

well mine isnt easy like that. because its a piece of shit. that hates me.

So this is the plug in comparison that comes up the drivers side on the 96 glanza loom. in comparison to the modified loom i have..

As you can see the loom i have is a grey female plug, but the glanza loom is a white male plug. The problem is i still cant find a female plug on the dash loom to connect the 96 rear glanza loom :s

couldsomeone with a stripped glanzashowmehow theresconnects up?? wouldbe really helpful.

and then one other thing, ifichange to the 96rearloom, ill need to change the fittingtofitthefuelpump.

so this is the fitting on my fuel pump and the modified loom i have

The wires are the same colour, can i just solder on the right connection to the 96 loom?

Yes you can just join the wires which are the same together.

As for the plug in the foot well I couldn't find the relevant plug either so socks came over to give me a hand and wired wired it. You will have some spare plugs under the dash some of the wires will match the wires in the loose plug. From

Memory it's just a case of joining them together. If in doubt we tested tll the wires in the plug with a multimeter if it was earthed we left it if there was no circuit we fed 12v to it to see what it did. It was mainly rear lights, no plate lights etc.

What have you don't about the roof loom?
