How do i get chatter???

Why do all the big boys at MLR sprint series,time attack and hillclimb run no bov if is that laggy?

It's boost dependant on wether it makes it laggy or not. A lot of the big power drag cars don't run a BOV either because it takes longer to fill the intercooler piping with the dumped compressed air than it does to get the turbo spinning again. So it can reduce lag.

Tried it on my mates td04 and his aint got much chatter either :/ so must just be td04's dont chatter much

I've got td04 and chatter is loud get someone to drive your car and listen from outside mate.

The vacuum that goes into your bov that way it won't open
