i can't get over how expensive these are now, i bought my first pair over 5 years ago on the group buy in TGTT for 500, and £550 for my RX8 on a group buy

Do you still offer different spring rates? standards ones are to soft for my driving style

It is just how things are moving on group buys always make them cheaper. So in your case you always compare at the cheaper prices to the RRP. Not sure about prices 5 years ago but in the past 2-3 years prices haven't changed. Spring rates can be change but at a cost of £25 per axle.
