Beastmode panda
What kind of paint to people use to paint their block and box with to get good results and not peel off under the heat? I've used just any normal paint for the rocker cover and has been fine in the past but just thought i'd better ask as it's a bigger area. Cheers.
turbo Grant
If use enamel paint
ryan lang
As above, enamel or high heat stuff. Best bet is eBay, some companies do multipacks, saves you buying a few tins and may save you some dollar
PaulStarletSR
hang the box up, cover the usual places for protection n jetwash all the crap off. then when dry, hammerite it
Browner
I used that Bardahl heat resistant paint before and a heat resistant lacquer over it for a nice full shine and a bit of protection for the paint. It has a heat rating to over 800 degrees Celsius.
Pobbette
I used white VHT as a primer and then covered in the desired colour. Not had any issues with mine
