karl. Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 (edited) Item For Sale: 4-Efte Rocker Cover with an8 weld on fittings.Item Condition & Description: Rocker cover has had two an8 fittings welded on and also has had the baffle removed and drilled/tapped so that it can be removed in the future handy. Once the buyer receives this they will need to removed the baffle by undoing the 3mm Allen head bolts and seal the inside with a tiny bit of instant gasket. I can do this if required but I have chosen not to in case the buyer wants to get it sand blasted etc. The bolts will also need to be put in with lock tight. Another reason I havent done this is so that the buyer can see that all bolts have been done. If this isnt sold by the weekend im going to keep it for my own car. Please note the two fast flow fittings are for show only and will not be included in the sale but can be purchased separately.Price: £50 by bank transfer or add 4% for paypal Im a little slow with posting things so please give me one or two days to post it. I work full time and cant take any time off to post it. You wont be waiting weeks for it don't worry.Pictures: Without Fastflow fittings Baffle removed and holes tapped Length of bolt 16 M5 allen bolts set into place 16 M5 Bolts tightened Two fast flow fittings in place for show Payment & Shipping Details: £10 for postage. Ollieh17 Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 what do you suspect is under the baffle that needs to be cleaned out? interested in this and the fittings Quote
karl. Posted February 5, 2014 Author Posted February 5, 2014 It was sitting in the rain so it would be all hmm corroded if that would be the word? Just a precaution to strip it and give it a clean with a wire brush. I can do you a deal if you buy the two together Quote
karl. Posted February 6, 2014 Author Posted February 6, 2014 (edited) Payday Bump, I will now remove the baffle myself and clean it up and provide photos of this. It will then be re-threaded and bolted it for easy removal again if needed! Edited February 6, 2014 by karl. Quote
