Gainzy
Will be looking into a lighter flywheel but would I need another map afterwards just with the rev gain? Thanks

Nick85
Are these actually worth buying? Could be tempted if they are.
Rob H@RCH Engineering
I would say it will effect the map slightly, if it revs faster, comes on boost faster the fuel will need to come in earlier too, it will alter the torque and other things too so would be worth getting the map checked at least. Gainzy
See that's what I thought I need to change my release bearing so I was going to buy a lighter flywheel
richardc9052
Boost will still come on at the same rpm, it will be more free revving and there will be less power loss to the wheels.
Azz
Would still effect the map though
mattyD
A bit of a waste of money really, could be spent on other things with better gains

RobSR
Waste of money i think. If you've got a decent powered EP you don't want em revving quicker than the already do imo.
Gainzy
I'm only wanting to do it as my clutch release bearing is goosed I wouldn't do it otherwise
RobSR
^ Just swap the bearing then lol!
richardc9052
Its definitely worth it. Ive been in a few cars with them, one a glanza and another an ae111, the rest arent worth mentioning. The glanza and ae111 where completely different beasts when it came to the lower to mid rpms
Gainzy
^ Just swap the bearing then lol!Might aswell go balls out after taking it all apart lol
